Fast response. Professional and easy, quick estimates upfront.Had the equipment in the next day and all resolved within three days. Team was great ripping out flooded carpet and drying out room. And they were super patient with my six month old puppy. Highly recommend these guys!

This company was fast to assess the water damage, pack out my goods, and expose the damaged areas.All was good to this point, however, I had to call twice to retrieve my property. Once they returned it, I notice damage to a wall, a window sill, two noticeable scratches on the top of a credenza, a front door screen, and the front door frame. They were immediately notified. In fact, I have given them two months and no one in Pyramid has returned my calls.Save yourself the trouble - if you are looking for a company that will be your partner during a water damage incident, drop Pyramid off your list.

Don’t believe any of these reviews (they appear to be fake). This company is running insurance scams. They refuse to provide estimates, damage personal property, and submit fraudulent labor logs and charges to insurance. State Farm has blacklisted them—which is reserved for companies that engage in egregious conduct. Head over to their Yelp page or better business bureau page for more accurate reviews.

Had an emergency last week. My entire bathroom was flooded after my water pipes busted. Pyramid Restoration's team was able to vacuum and dry out all of the water at a really fast pace and didn’t take much time for the work to be done and the servicemen were friendly and helpful.
